Teaching at DNA Junior is unlike teaching in a traditional environment. Our teachers know the individual strengths and areas for growth of each of their kids.
The role of the teacher is to empower kids to own their growth and development. Teachers at DNA Junior plan by deeply understanding kids anecdotal data, using our personalized learning platform and determining what group and individual supports are needed for their kids to move forward on their progression towards mastery of kindergarten. Our teachers are constantly focused on how to prepare our kids for the world beyond the classroom and to succeed in jobs that don’t exist yet and we can’t even imagine.
